We aim to instill a strong sense of community among our students,
while equipping them with the skills to be curious, life-long learners.

Dear AISCT Community

Welcome to the 2016-2017 academic year.  I am very honored and happy to join the American International School of Cape Town (AISCT) as your elementary principal.

Prior to moving to Cape Town, I served as the Director of the American School of Antananarivo in Madagascar.  Educational experiences I acquired in Madagascar, the United States, Sierra Leone, Namibia, and through the Fulbright Teacher Exchange Program in South Africa were monumental opportunities that positively influenced me both professionally and personally.

I feel fortunate to lead AISCT’s elementary school faculty and staff who are dedicated to develop our student’s academic foundation.  In order to achieve excellence, AISCT encourages home-school partnerships that will increase the growth of each of our students. I invite you to use the contact information provided on this site, to telephone or email, or schedule time at AISCT to remain involved in your child’s education.

I am looking forward to the start of the school year and sharing with you how our curriculum, instructional practices, and school culture will continue to contribute and celebrate our students’ growth.  I wish the AISCT community a happy and successful new academic year.
